Which payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept secure payments through PayPal Checkout, including:

• Visa & Visa Debit

• MasterCard & Maestro

• American Express (Credit & Debit)

• Direct PayPal account payments

When will the payment be debited from my account?

All payments are processed immediately at the time of purchase.

What currency are transactions made in?

All products are sold in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Will VAT be included in my purchase?

• At present, Eleven Cricket is not VAT registered, so no VAT will be charged on purchases.

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes in their country.

Why was my card declined?

If your payment was unsuccessful, it may be due to one of the following:

• Incorrect card details entered

• Payment processor issues when contacting your bank

• Insufficient funds or card restrictions
