The terms and conditions explains the full extent of any agreement made between the person who is purchasing (customer) and Eleven Cricket Ltd who is the vendor while using this site. Eleven Cricket Ltd is the trading name of the company who are registered and operated in United Kingdom. This website which includes its illustrations, graphics, content, brand logos, designs and images are copyright of Sports warriors Ltd and you should not copy, download, adapt, broadcast, republish any of our copyright materials. Our products services are meant for personal, noncommercial use only. Any purchased made via this website is with Eleven Cricket Ltd. Your email address for any long-distance communication is used and you agree for to be communicated via this channel. This helps to safeguard your information and provide a safe trade. When placing an order, you should understand that you accept the below terms and conditions:


All transactions are in GBP (£) Sterling. You can purchase through credit, debit cards with PayPal. We will notify when there is changes in prices, availability of products and offers before acceptance of your order.

Eleven Cricket Ltd will not accept any contract or sale of any product unless an email confirmation has been received confirming the order placement and full payment is received in full for all the goods ordered. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the details of purchase are correct as soon as possible and a printed copy must be kept for reference.


Currently as we are a startup business, we are not registered VAT, In future we might be a VAT registered company and we will notify. Any orders outside EU and UK are also not charged with VAT.


Eleven Cricket Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. We will do our best to correct any errors as quickly as possible when we get notified. Eleven Cricket Ltd do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Eleven Cricket Ltd website or for any products or services purchased from Eleven Cricket Ltd.

On Sublimation orders Eleven Cricket Ltd do not accept liability for any claims made by customers on incorrect information supplied by the customers. Eleven Cricket Ltd accepts returns and does exchange on the sublimated orders when there is any errors from Eleven Cricket Ltd only.

Orders Cancellations

Customer as every right to cancel the order under the Consumer Protection regulations (Distance Selling), right to cancel the order within 14 days of purchase date. Refunds will be made according to the provisions stated under the Consumer Protection Regulation rights. Note: For customised goods like sublimation/printed clothing orders, we cannot refund full if the order is processed. Incase the orders are not processed their will be 50 % amount deduction according full invoice amount..

Please Note: All return postage costs on orders cancelled are liability by the customer. Goods returned should be kept in their original packaging, we suggest returning them by your recorded delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Products must be sent within 14 days of purchase date. They should be returned within original packaging with a return email confirmation. (For any faults due to accident, neglect, misuse or daily wear-tear returns will not be accepted). We will inspect the products carefully against all concerns raised. There might be cases when we involve consultations with the manufacturers. If our care team agrees with the claims raised by you, we will replace, refund or use the amount paid as credit towards another product. In terms of sublimation/printed clothing if a wrong size product is ordered from customer the item cannot be returned for a refund.

Please Note: The bats that have damages in the toe and/or edges are not considered to be fault as this can be regular wear and tear an it can happen with any bat.For any return items which are found damage or faulty from our side, then Return postage costs would be reimbursed. We advise returning items by recorded delivery.

Exchanges & Refunds

If you purchased the wrong product of a different size/color or, want to return products due to other reasons other than the product being damaged or faulty, then you must return it within 14 days of purchase date. taking into consideration that the items are returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase date. In case the returns items are been found used, damaged or in not a sale able condition we cannot process a refund or exchange, therefore customer has to pay for postage charges to resend the items back.

Please Note: Any sublimation, decoration work and customized clothing orders cannot be returned for exchange or for refunds, which includes hygiene related clothing. In-case the error is from our side we will do a replacement as soon as possible.

Products Out of Stock

In case of any order/item found out of stock, we will contact you and make an alternative arrangement to get the product from our manufacturer in case of delays we might give you an alternative product in the same price range. If the options do not suit you, we can do full refund.

Bat Knocking service

Currently we provide hand knocking service for the bats bought from us and from 3rd parties. How ever the delivery time is an extra 4-5 working days from the date of purchase/handover of the bat.

Delivery in UK

As soon as we receive the payments, we will dispatch the products. For any Products which are not in stock we will arrange them as soon as we receive the payment. Regular orders will be delivered by 3-5 days. Express orders will be delivered by 1-2 days. Any bats for Knocking services, will be an extra 4-5 working days are required for the delivery. Any product out of stock (i.e. Pr-Order) we will arrange the order for you, Please note it can take up to 28 days for delivery. All customised orders clothing or any customised product being manufactured out side UK the delivery date will be informed to customer before palcing the order.

Note: In case of any pandemic or any disaster effects in delivery the products with agreed delivery dates, unfortunately we cannot process any refunds or cancellations of the orders.

Rest of the World Delivery

For all the international orders within 5-7 working days you can expect your order, in some cases delivery times depend on the region of your address. Any international orders included Bat knocking services might take 5-7 additional days for delivery. All international Delivery’s will be provided with tracking services.

Eleven Cricket Ltd will not be accountable for any delays due to custom inspection or other clearance requirements. Import duties/ Taxes needs to be paid by you (the consumer). Eleven Cricket Ltd have no control on these areas.

Payments and Online Security

We provide our customers with safe and secure online purchasing

system using SSL encryption, all payments are processed through PayPal and orders bought via credit cards on the website are at your own risk. We don’t keep your card details and all other data is kept with us to process your transaction as smoothly as possible. Third parties are never given your details.


It is a crime to use a false name, a credit/debit card not belonging to you or a known invalid credit/debit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted by the law. Eleven Cricket Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website on-wards will be governed by those new terms.

These terms and conditions shall apply when Eleven Cricket Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Eleven Cricket Ltd and you relating to your purchase. Eleven Cricket Ltd advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by Eleven Cricket Ltd.

All our terms and conditions are regulated by English Law and when your submitting the order it is by default your accepting these terms and conditions. Eleven Cricket will make sure the website is fully operation at all times. However, we cannot be sure of minor faults arising in the future. Importantly, functioning may be restricted due to site development procedures and introduction of new services. During uncontrollable circumstance like technical or power failure, natural calamities Warrior Sports Club Ltd will be excused for duration of the unforeseen situations. Our company shall not be held accountable for failure in delivery, damage, delay or defect caused to your goods due to these unpredictable situations.
