Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Eleven Cricket Ltd (the “Vendor”) when using and purchasing through our website.

Eleven Cricket Ltd is a registered company operating in the United Kingdom. Please note that all website content including illustrations, graphics, brand logos, designs, and images are the copyright of Eleven Cricket Ltd. You must not copy, download, adapt, broadcast, or republish any of our copyright-protected materials without written consent.

All products and services offered on this website are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any purchases made through this site are strictly with Eleven Cricket Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payments

• All transactions are processed in GBP (£) Sterling.

• We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

• Prices, product availability, and offers are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated before we accept your order.

• A purchase is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation and we have received full payment.

• It is your responsibility to verify order details upon confirmation and retain a copy for your records.

VAT

• Currently, we are not VAT-registered as a startup.

• If VAT registration occurs in the future, we will notify customers.

• Orders outside the UK and EU are not subject to VAT.

Liability

• Eleven Cricket Ltd is not liable for typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the website. We will correct any issues promptly once notified.

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of profit, data, property damage, or third-party claims arising from use of our website or products.

• For sublimation/printed orders, Eleven Cricket Ltd will not accept liability for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information. Exchanges or returns will only be honored if the fault lies with us.

Order Cancellations

• Customers may cancel orders within 14 days of purchase in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

• Refunds will follow these regulations. However:

  • Customised goods (e.g., sublimation/printed clothing) cannot be fully refunded once production has begun.

  • If cancelled before processing, 50% of the invoice amount will be deducted.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Returned goods must be in original packaging and we recommend using recorded delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Faulty/damaged products must be reported and returned within 14 days.

• Items must be returned in original packaging with return authorization.

• Wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or accidental damage are not covered.

• Cricket bats damaged at the toe or edges are considered standard wear and tear.

• If the fault is ours, we will replace, refund, or credit your purchase. Return postage will be reimbursed.

Exchanges & Refunds

• All returns/exchanges require prior authorization via email: sales@elevencricket.com.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the fault lies with Eleven Cricket Ltd.

• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within 14 days. Used or unsellable items will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

• Any International products orders, once returns are approved by us, there will be 15% admin charges on a success returns.

• Customised clothing/sublimation orders are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Out-of-Stock Products

• If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer:

  • A similar replacement, or

  • A full refund.

• For pre-orders, delivery may take up to 28 days.

Bat Knocking Service

• Hand-knocking services are available for bats purchased from us or third parties.

• Please allow an additional 4–5 working days for delivery.

Delivery

• UK Delivery:

  • Standard: 3–5 working days.

  • Express: 1–2 working days.

  • Pre-orders/custom orders: Up to 28 days.

• International Delivery:

  • Typically 5–7 working days (subject to region and customs delays).

  • Orders with bat knocking may take an extra 5–7 days.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

Payments & Security

• Payments are securely processed with SSL encryption.

• We do not store card details.

• Third parties never receive your payment details.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent transactions (false names, stolen/invalid cards) will be prosecuted.

• Eleven Cricket Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply immediately upon publication.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by English Law.

• In the event of technical failures, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, Eleven Cricket Ltd will not be held liable for delays, damages, or failure of service.
