1. What amount does conveyance cost?

This relies upon the amount you spend. We have provided a shipping cost calculator at checkout. This entirely depends on items weight. For international shipping cost we will be providing the shipping cost on the same basis.

2. To what extent will the delivery time take?

Regular orders will be delivered by 3-5 days. Express orders will be delivered by 1-2 days. Any bats for Knocking services, will be an extra 4-5 working days are required for the delivery. Any product out of stock (i.e. Pr-Order) we will arrange the order for you, please note it can take up to 28 days for delivery. For all the international orders within 5-7 working days you can expect your order, in some cases delivery times depend on the region of your address. Any international orders included Bat knocking services might take 5-7 additional days for delivery.

3. Is it only a site, or do you have a store too?

currently we are not in a position to bear the cost of renting a store place, however as we mentioned we are planning to organize it. In order to get a view on quality and comfort of a product customer can request for a view, which can be organized at our local storage location.

6. Do you hand pick cricket bats?

Yes, we are specialist in this category, we have very good relationship with our major cricket bat suppliers where we can walk into their stores and select the bats personally for 100’s.

7. Do you price match the items?

Of-course, we are flexible in this matter and we are happy to do a price match on our products, however if the product on 3rd party side should not be in sale.

8. How quick you guys respond for Returns?

We aim to response to our customers queries with 24 hours; however, we do reply in couple of hours from the receipt of the email our inquiry.

9. Do you accept returns for Printed, Customized or Sublimated products?

No, unfortunately we do not accept any returns of these products as they cannot be resale, however when there is a production mistake from our side, we can do an exchange but not refund.

10. Do you sell all products related to all sports?

Yes, we are aiming to sell all major outdoor sports products like Cricket, Football, Volley Ball, Badminton etc. And we are specialist in providing the sports clothing for these games.
